These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not your travel contract — if you go ahead and book a trip with us, we will send you a separate booking confirmation setting out exactly what is included, what it costs, and the cancellation terms that apply to it.
This site showcases the destinations and journeys we arrange in Egypt, and lets you send us an enquiry. Submitting the trip planner or the contact form does not create a booking and does not reserve anything. It starts a conversation.
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices, quoted per person, and are given as a guide to help you plan. What a trip actually costs depends on your travel dates, group size, accommodation choices, and availability at the time you book. Prices are not an offer and are not guaranteed until we confirm them to you in writing.
Availability of hotels, guides, internal flights, and Nile cruises changes constantly. We confirm availability only at the point of booking.
We work to keep descriptions, itineraries, and photography accurate and current. Opening hours, site access, and archaeological closures in Egypt can change at short notice and outside our control. Where a photograph illustrates a destination rather than a specific departure, it is intended as a representative image.
When you contact us, please give accurate information — particularly names, dates, and contact details. We plan around what you tell us, and incorrect details can lead to bookings that cannot be corrected later without cost.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining any visa required for Egypt, and arranging appropriate travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.
Please do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation. We may block access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
The text, layout, branding, and original photography on this site belong to Watania Travel unless stated otherwise. Some images are used under licence or are in the public domain. Please do not reproduce our itineraries or copy for commercial use without asking.
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We provide this website in good faith but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
